Hello,
I'm Klarisse
I have always found myself on the verge of tears when I sees someone crying or would instantly be on my toes eager to help when someone is visibly struggling. Later on I found out that I have a high level of empathy in general as pointed out by several psychology tests I have voluntarily taken both in and out of a professional setting.
Being naturally empathic, I feel fulfillment in helping people achieve their goals as swiftly and as effectively as possible. Something that thrives and drives the field of UI/UX Design.
How I work
My full UX Design process
Discover
I identify the real problem and find out the pain points by asking the right set of questions during research.
Define
I analyze the data gathered during the previous stage. I make user personas and  journey maps to better recognize the goals, expectations and tasks the user wants to accomplish
Design
This starts off with sketching and figuring out the user flow. It is then followed by wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
Deliver
I improve what can be improved and perfect what can be perfected before wrapping it up to present to the users and other stakeholders.
Do it again
Once the product is out there I like to make another round of research and analysis, this time for  its performance. This could be used for recommendations and present next steps to consider.
